        We visited and stay in this hotel last December 2023 and we spent our Christmas here. Let start with the hotel security because she's the first one faced us because we have car, she allowed us to get in with courtesy. Reception., one of the best experience, thanks to Aldrin and Maria for warm welcome and very accommodating. The know what hospitality word is, for me two thumbs up with 5 star ratings for them ( the hotel should keep and take care of this kind of staff). Room, we choose deluxe room and quite good and view was good. The room was clean and nice when we arrived. Everything was fine but there's still a but because what I noticed to snack bar and fridge, and this is the first time I saw and experienced this and only in this hotel, there's a colour coding and price list for each item and for me it's kind a offended. I went to Europe and so many hotels here in Asia but only in this hotel I saw this. Thanks to reception team, you did a great job.

        Beware that this is not a four star hotel, it’s chaotic and noisy, arrived and was a given a room, only to realise that it was already occupied! luckily the guests were outside. Constant noise from corridors, and other rooms, no soundproofing, random incoming phone calls, air conditioning not working properly and not being able to hold the temperature level, shower water either very cold or very hot randomly, fortunately was warned and avoided burns, bathroom seemed mouldy and unclean, housekeeping called several times on check out day before checking out time both by knocking on door and by phone despite electronic no disturb sign being on, stayed there for just one night and will not visit again, do yourself a favour and avoid this property

        Hey, I arrived at the hotel in the morning and waited until 1pm and entered the room. There were two rooms for 5 people and everything was fine until the evening. I entered the hotel and there was an Egyptian employee who saw 5 people, so he fined me 150 dirhams for saying, “You did not reserve the right for 5 people, and the reception in the morning was 5 people, but the Egyptian was very, very disrespectful, and a complaint was filed.”

        The place was terrible, we check in 11pm at night after completely my shift since it was close to the hotel, at 2am in the morning someone break our door completely and entered in our room while we were sleeping, he was completely drunk and he was out of his mind, tired to hit my husband and then run away. We complained immediately to the reception, they sent the security with the night manager “khaled” but he did nothing to him except changing our room, we were so panic and couldn’t take any decisions so we stayed in one room for 1 hour only and left the hotel by 4am, I live in Abu Dhabi so we literally drove all the way to Abu Dhabi at 4am in the morning because of this ridiculous incident, after all of this they did not even return our money so far, I even called them to take the details of the guy to open a case against him but they literally stop responding to us. I’m still in the process of getting my money back and get the details of the guy so I would definitely not going to stay in this terrible place ever, nor recommend this place to anyone especially families. Stay safe and stay away from such places. Thanks.

        What a shame! Prices were significantly higher these days so I had a little higher expectations from the new hotel. And had mixed experiences over the two days I stayed here. I’d like to openly share them hoping the place learns from this. Whilst I arrived rather late (9pm approx) the gentleman in reception was extremely accommodating and helpful with my needs, phone charging and all. Being 5 months pregnant and checking in due to emergency I’d was praying for friendly staff, and he was. He allowed me to have my talabat orders come to my room, and he was helpful. However, the next day was downhill from there, starting with the disappointment at breakfast, my 2 day booking wasn’t on the list which meant I my room confirmation wasn’t on the breakfast list, the lady checking could barely speak English and zero Arabic. I had a nightmare asking for a decaf coffee from the Starbucks coffee stand they have, she couldn’t understand what decaffeinated coffee was and keep repeating “teacaf” and holding up teabag box to me. I repeated several times I’m pregnant and would like a decaffeinated cafe latte please, waste of time. She understood nothing. Whilst eating breakfast at 9:30-10:15 the drilling and renovation works began in lobby. Extremely loud drilling whilst the 20+ of us were eating breakfast. I had to politely ask them to stop or I’d have to check-out immediately. They did! Later that night I ordered Talabat food to the room and security refused him to even enter the lobby, he wasn’t allowed to bring my order to the reception and we argued with the reception that the previous day was fine, was today wasn’t? I also requested additional pillow on the bed, and was told at main reception to call house-keeping. Which I called for the entire time and no one ever answered the phone, not room service, not house keeping and not operations from my room to request additional pillow? There are some very good staff working in the building who’re extra helpful at breakfast and in the evenings. The gentleman were all very friendly, but the ladies were not. Shame really! The bed was reasonable, not the most comfortable as it’s two twin beds joined together but was ok, AC was strong and hot water, next to the canal for a morning/evening walk. Parking in the basement but overall I’m afraid this is a 3*** budget category hotel. Ideal for 1-2 nights single person, business travels, people who just want somewhere to rest their heads and shower. There is a rooftop pool but closes at 6pm, and the hotel offers room-service but if no one answers the phone you won’t be able to have it.
