pros: polite staff; functional electronics; nice location; free breakfast cons: disappointing bathroom; slow-ish wifi (depends on how many people are using it + signal might get blocked by bathroom wall); and might be slightly noisy at times depending on the type of people you end up being next door to/on the same floor as because the walls and the door are kind of thin. good value for the price if you don’t mind the cons^

Its a good hotel for the value of your money. If you want something cheap and in a good area then this is the best choice. Internet speed isn't too bad getting 6mps download speed which is better than some 4* hotels I have been in istanbul. Only advice i would give the owners is to upgrade the toilet facilities and the wifi if you can. Other than its clean, good service. Its a good location if you want to be close to many things

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days for our honeymoon Very clean hotel with polite and excellent staff, beautiful view during breakfast, easy access to public transport. Delicious breakfast menu that served two kinds of hot food every day.

It was terrible , we couldn't stay even 1 hour in this hotel , the receptionist was not welcoming and when we asks about the rooms he said our hotel is not comfortable if you want change the hotel. Shame on you . Dont even try to book in this hotel n

The place is not exactly where it is shown in the map. It is 100 m from there. All the zone is noisy between 8am and 23hs but is normal in all istambul. It is clean apartments No elevator, only 🪜 Reception doesn't exist but you can ask to the neighbor store and they will contact with you

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
