        I recently had an overnight stay at this hotel, and my experience was a mix of positive and negative aspects. The room itself was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable accommodation for my stay. The gentleman who assisted me during the night check-in was polite and helpful. The breakfast offered at the hotel was satisfactory, although it lacked a buffet option. Nonetheless, the quality of the food was good, and it provided a decent start to the day. Unfortunately, my experience took a downturn during the checkout process. The ladies at the reception were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting guests. Instead of addressing queries themselves, they insisted on referring everything to the manager, even for simple requests. This lack of knowledge and willingness to assist customers left a negative impression and made the checkout experience frustrating. Overall, while the hotel offered clean and spacious rooms, along with a friendly receptionist during the night shift, the disappointing checkout experience with unhelpful reception staff prevents me from giving a higher rating. It is recommended that the hotel management address these service issues to ensure a more consistent and satisfactory experience for all guests.

        Very large clean room. A little worn, but clean and still nice. Girls in lobby not very friendly. Must order breakfast. No continental breakfast unless through room services...odd did offer a late checkout.

        Overall, excellent stay. Good customer service compared to surrounding hotels. Plenty of parking and many elevators. Food through room service was ok, I tried both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was better, although I opted to prepare my own. Close to Rashid mall where several coffee shops and restaurants. Two minutes walking distance.

        Good one with old style. Rooms have enough space with an additional kitchen with even cutleries. But toilet is too small. Doubted about the laundry services as the curtains and other stuffs were dirty. Breakfast is served in the room with only 4 options with some combination of food items in the menu. Drinks have only 2 options in which 1 orange juice or 1 Tea. And the crazy thing is, its black Tea.
