The customer service at this location was truly exceptional. The establishment was clean and well located but what really did it was the staff and workers. I would like to highlight 3 individuals who were exceptional. Felipe, Dylan, and the beautiful young young lady who worked breakfast ( short with beautiful black hair and always had a smile). I asked for her name but it escapes me at the moment. They were courteous, amicable, and attentive. They provided recommendations for many activities in the surrounding areas but they certainly elevated my experience in the hotel

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we thought the area the hotel was located was great! Extremely close to the beach, walking distance from a grocery store, pharmacy, and a bunch of restaurants. We felt safe the entire stay, they were very receptive to any needs we had, and the staff were always friendly towards us. Some things that made this stay fantastic was that they were able to hold our luggage when we got their before check in as well as allowing us to store our luggage after our stay as our flight was late at night. Moreover, they offer free beach towel rentals and have a little area on the beach where they provide us with free beach chairs to sit on. The rooms themselves were great, not huge, but it fitted our needs perfectly. Breakfast was solid. Overall, would recommend this place if you are interested in staying near Copacabana beach! If I had to mention one drawback is that the wifi was spotty and wasn't always responsive!

Great hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beds, and excellent breakfast. However, we had to queue for 30 minutes (!) for check-in. That is simply unacceptable by any standard. Moreover, we noticed similar queues the next day. It's a shame, as I would have given a wel-deserved 5-star review if the check-in had been normal.

Maria on check in was so welcoming and friendly. Even called to ask if the room was OK. The downstairs is modern and very Brasilian and the rooms are the same. Excellent breakfast and nice choice. Only downside the pool is under refurbishment but you can get a good view from the gym of Copacabana. Partial view of the beach from the room. Noise was pretty low to. Very comfortable bed. Will definately stay again!

It was a great stay. The rooms were really nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious and offered a huge selection. You should try the tapioca omelette!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
