        A very good hotel at a nice location ' easily accessible and just near to good malls' breakfast was good' rooms were nicely maintained. Staff was courteous '' they only problem was little amount of constant smell from bathroom ' otherwise a very nice place to stay and roam around.

        Racist idiots. A disgrace to an otherwise beautiful country. If you are a non-white, you better stay away from this hotel. We occupied around 40 rooms and they were rude right through our stay. The AC was not working and they simply asked us to keep the windows open instead. The mini fridge was not working. We had to keep asking for something as simple as shower gels. The washroom had zero ventilation. During the checkout, they started blaming for damages, which we didn't even notice, in a bid to extract as much money as they can. Some ink spot on the curtain, a blemish on the towel and funnily enough something on the window and all; most of these damages were pre-existing. Some of us had to pay for mini bar items which we didn't consume. So anyone who chooses to stay here should thoroughly check the room for any such damage during checkin.

        Clean hotel and close to major attractions. Service can be hit or miss. For example, while servers at the (small) breakfast room come to take your plate as soon as you finish, they do this by standing in front of the small entrance and watching you like a hawk (sometimes 3 of them at the same time). The dessert section of the breakfast room is excellent (almost too many choices); but the hot section suffers from both limited options and poor quality of ingredients. It was also noisy in the room (4th floor). I checked and couldn’t find any open windows so it must be quality of sound proofing.

        The Room was cosy got upgrade as of compensation because on phone their reception staff confirmed that they bidet in their bathroom but when reached there and checked there’s no bidet. Accept that bidet problem rest all was okey.

        Despite Kazakhstan being a Muslim country, the practice of Islam was scanty. In the rooms no prayer mats are available, No qibla Direction was mentioned, No Muslim shower for proper ablution, Non availability of Holy book Quran in rooms was felt badly. No body was able to tell Qibla direction. As far as rooms are concerned, a very small room, with an out of proportion bathroom in size, no exhaust in bathroom so always dirty smell there, Toiletries were just sufficient but UpTo the standard of five star hotel, water remained hot in wash basin no mixture of Hot and Cold. Breakfast area was very small with very minimal and limited menu. Staff was never smiling or looked professional ly trained. I would call or label this hotel maximally Three STAR, Needs a lot of improvement and redesigning.
