Loved our stay here. Located in the middle of the financial district, right opposite the world trade center it is next door to Jintai Xizhao metro stop of line 10. The staff are helpful and friendly. There are shopping malls all around the hotel with many western and Chinese style eateries. I can highly recommend “Lily’s Pancake” for breakfast located in the mall right next to the hotel.

Located in the middle of the central business district in Beijing. Compared with several other hotels around, this one has a fairly good price. Staffs at reception and concierge and for room services are very friendly. Although some of the facilities in the room are little bit wearing, but are all very clean and well maintained. The concierge services are superb, which can help guests who do not have a Chinese mobile phone number and payment system to call a taxi or sending express postals. Staffs are ver friendly and professional. Has variety of food to choose for breakfast. There are several Chinese and Western restaurants and bars Has an awesome swimming pool, spa and fitness centre.

Nice Chinese style hotel. Rooms are large with usual amenities. Staff is polite but 99% cannot speak English. There is a nice swimming pool and a well equipped gym. The restaurant is large but the breakfast buffet is really poor. Next to it you will find a shopping mall incl. fast food and coffee brands. Restaurants in the vicinity are limited. Jintaixizhao subway station is located 50m from the hotel door.

Beautiful hotel, amazing views. It connects to a mall, which is super nice. One star less because staff came across a bit pretentious; receptionist pretended she didn't understand us although we heard her speak English with others. We were there backpacking and could tell we were kind of discarded as such.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
