Having never stayed at a Millenium Hotel property before, I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and the overall experience. The rooms are clean, spacious and have all the necessary amenities provided. The staff is friendly and courteous, and was very accommodating to our requests. The travel desk is also very helpful. My whole family really enjoy the breakfast here, as the buffet spread is extensive and the food is delicious. Thanks for making our Dubai vacation a comfortable and memorable one!

We are a family of 5 and stayed at the Grand Millennium for 3 nights. We we’re debating on where to go the last day, but the concierge was very helpful and gave us a great plan. The rooms were really clean. We stayed at two bedroom suite, and the house keeping was thorough. The breakfast tasted wonderful and we ate everything in the morning. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel and an amazing place to stay.

This hotel is a gem. The 2bedroom suite was huge n very homey (room 2197). Breakfast spread is substantial n of good quality. Service excellent. Best thing is that have shuttle service to a lot of tourist places. Looking forward to 2 more days here

We stayed here for a week for vacation. Everything was excellent - grand reception lobby, big rooms and ambience, good amenities, great breakfast spread... All staff were very courteous and also accommodated early checkin. You can get cabs anytime as soon as you step out of the hotel. And most importantly complete value for money.

Here for their Christmas Tree lighting event and we enjoyed a lot. The choir sing beautiful Christmas classics, they serve some festive treats and Santa gifts for kids was pretty good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
