Without a doubt, I'll be recommending this hotel to everyone I know. The outstanding service provided by Houda and Oussama made my stay truly exceptional. From their warm welcome to their prompt assistance, their dedication to guest satisfaction is commendable. Extremely long queues on checking after a long trip. Reception staff were polite but too slow. Portering services were great, and breakfast choices were great. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. The swimming pool was also a great asset for families with young children.

Nice hotel near the center. Big spacey rooms. Some furnitures are bit old? Crooked? other than that good overall with big TV, mini bar, safebox etc... Buffet dinner & breakfast. BUT biggest red flag is they charged 4€ for bottle of water during dinner (which usually costs 0.4€ 10 times low). Indoor pool is warm but small 20m. Outdoor pool is too cold to swim in late November. They have small market just outside for drinks & snacks etc...

"Mogador Menara is a must-stay for anyone visiting Marrakech! From the moment we arrived, Fatima Zohra, and the entire staff made us feel like royal guests. The rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious, and with comfortable beds. Speaking of breakfast, it was a gastronomic feast every morning, with fresh pastries, local specialties, and an omelette station made to order. The hotel has a vibrant yet peaceful atmosphere, perfect for couples and families alike. We wholeheartedly recommend Mogador Menara and can't wait to return!"

Very nice hotel compared to other two (hotel and riad) we stayed at Marrakech. Nice big rooms with good bed. There was a little confusion with our reservation and they were not able to fulfill our wishes about the room. The construction work next to hotel was noisy and traffic noise from big street next to us was distrubting at night. Luckily they were willing to change our room to pool direction after one night which we were happy about. Breakfast was very nice and there was a lot of different options.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
