Great location and friendly staff, it is undergoing some renovation and improvement work so not fully open. The work caused no disruption to me. Some of the facilities took cards only, which was a bit of a nuisance. The room was dated but clean and functional. The cleaning service was excellent . The beach was easy access .The biggest problem would be if you were elderly or disabled was where the bus dropped you off, and walked up the road to reception was uphill. However once inside you could exit on the 6th floor to be at street level.

We stayed in Deluxe apartment in Oct 23. Apartment was spacious and clean. Restaurants were away from the room and shuttle service to restaurant was not good. We had to wait 30 minutes in the rain as there are no shelters while waiting for the shuttle. There is no live cooking visible and our request to prepare omelette was not available. All staff was not good for hospitality apart from one man at the reception. Hotel is not suitable for elderly with walking limitation. I would class hotel as 3 star rather than 5 star.

Really nice place to stay rooms are huge with everything you need we had a balcony facing the sea sun up in the morning just brilliant nice pool or just a couple of minute s walk to the beach well nice place to stay lovely and clean staff all friendly and polite great for kids happy days

Appalling hotel - DO NOT BOOK ESPECIALLY WITH LOVE HOLIDAYS. We sent a complaint to LoveHolidays as soon as we returned from our awful holiday, where we were left in a constantly flooding apartment for days on end, which the hotel constantly said would be fixed but wasn’t, subjected to very poor hygiene in the room, terrible food, unchecked drunken guests, a stone cold indoor pool, appalling “entertainment” and general poor quality of service. The hotel (Grand Muthu Oura View Beach Club, Albufeira Portugal) admitted that their service was “unacceptable” yet LoveHolidays have instead chosen to close my case with no refund and I am now having to pursue a chargeback with my bank. My friend and I were both very ill likely as a result of the flooding and poor food. The receptionist admitted we should have been moved days ago, but we were never allowed to change rooms (apart from the final night when the cleaning staff took pity on us) and we were constantly assured the issue would be fixed - LoveHolidays’ app simply told us to negotiate with the provider (hotel) which is what we were doing. This company is uncontactable if anything goes wrong (only through a terrible, virtually non-functioning app), does not keep to its own terms and conditions (it states on its own website it is responsible for all services provided) and provides beyond subpar services. DO NOT BOOK!!!!

Lovely hotel, very clean, staff are friendly and it makes a huge difference being able to eat at a variety of restaurants. Food is good with a good selection. The only issue I had was housekeeping walking in without knocking, I was just out the shower one of the times it happened 🧖‍♀️😱

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
