It was a truly great stay here. The view from the rainbow bridge bay view superior room was really amazing, especially at night. The room and washroom were clean and huge. There was even daily newspaper delivery which was a nice touch. There was also a coffee machine in the room. Staff were very helpful, friendly and fluent in English. There was nothing negative about this stay other than the minor point of the nearest train station being on a railway circuit that charged more expensive transport fees. Will visit again if in the area.

View is incredible from the hotel. Room is spacious, very quiet. Check in staff is very polite and courteous. Breakfast is good. Near train station, is better to stay near smaller station because you can easily get lost in a big station. I stay near both Tokyo and Osaka station. The massive amount of people and the loops you go through you look for the right platform are overwhelming. Stay at room 2316 for 2 nights. Will stay here if I come back to Japan, communes to Tokyo is very convenient

Went to the hotel tonight to visit to see if it suitable for me for a booking for spring, I wanted to go to the bar to check the view, the bar is on the 30th floor. Walked a little bit taking some photos of the view, tat the end of the bar there was another place which seemed to be the restaurant, the entrance was wide open and nobody barring the way so no way for me to know that it’s closed. A tall guy with suit dashed out from the wine room and shouted at me very disrespectfully that the restaurant was closed and tried to force me out hands wide open… I mean there are certain politeness rules to follow especially for this type of hoels… you can’t be rude to customers. I was thinking to book there but this impolite guy ruined my experience so I’m going elsewhere. I used to book at that hotel when it was called méridien and the quality of service was top noch at that time. So I’m very unhappy !

It's a little out of the way if you want to be in the center of Tokyo. It adds time to any train ride as opposed to staying somewhere more central but it's a cool area. A couple malls with tons of shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. All the members of the staff have been incredibly helpful. The rooms vary in size but even the smaller room is comfortable. There are a variety of outlets including USB, American, and Japanese. It is our second time here so it has won us over for sure.

Wow cannot say enough about the quality and hospitality here. From the spotless, oh so quiet room, the facilities provided (sleep shirts, countless beauty products and high class toiletries, clothes brush, shoehorn, fabric refresher spray etc.) to the amazing hot water and soaking tub, great bidet etc. Our room was serviced (including more bottles of water) so quickly while we went for a walk. The breakfast buffet in the Garden dining room was absolutely amazing, an incredible spread of high quality Asian an American breakfast foods as well as an assortment of juices, coffee etc.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
