        The hotel is located in the prime area and is value for money compared to the other hotels in this region. The staff are really helpful and the receptionists are the most welcoming people. I will definitely visit again.

        A beautiful and clean hotel. The staff is excellent. The location is excellent. Only the price is high. Upon early arrival, they did not accept early delivery of the room until after giving them an amount of money for a day. We arrived at 8 in the morning tired. They did not accept to hand over the rooms until after giving them money for a full day of reservation. It is very bad that paying the amount of a full night for some hours, knowing that I booked two rooms for two weeks.

        This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. First of all, the elevator was not working, and there was none one to help with the luggage. We had to take all our luggages and a stroller to higher level ourself. Secondly, the rooms are not cleaned at all, even if we ask for some cutlery missing, they did not bring. The last day of our stay the staff came at 1 am to clean the room when we were sleeping. But the worst thing is the attitude of the staff, they are not even sorry that the elevator is not working, and they are not polite. So, I highly recommend not to stay in the hotel.

        Very bad service. Rough reception. Try to cheat on room prices. I booked 1 adult room, they tried to get payment for double. By phone were described as a 4 stars hotel. But no internet and no breakfast.
