Stayed in Sept 2023. The room is spacious. Hallway is cold. The aircon in the room is cold. We turned it off, but still, it is cold. Bed is surprisingly comfortable even though it is hard. Like 9/10 hardness. The pillow is comfortable, too. Kettle, fridge (almost not cooling because of too much ice) TV, hair dryer, cabinet, towels, shampoo, slippers, glass, toothbrush, hair cap are provided. I think they did a revamping on the facilities, including the rooms. Though there could be some minor flaws, with its price, it is acceptable! View can not be appreciated because the window is covered with fungi? Buffet breakfast has quite a good selection. Service is good. Overall, stay is great. Will consider staying again.

I came here to visit the cigar lounge in the rooftop. Not bad... I always value the last few standing places where we can enjoy a cigar indoors (not cigarettes). However the place is quite shabby and old. Service is good, but after 7pm it gets very noisy and there are a lot of karaoke people who come in, and a lot of dancing girls. So I aim to get out before 7pm. Never stayed at the rooms here before so I have no idea.

Requested 1 additional towel on the way back to the room from one of the housekeeper (indian guy with spec , curly hair ) got rejected rudely by him ! When we leaving the room , there is a another malay housekeeper where we approach for the additional towel , we were given with his permission , but was interrupted again rudely by the indian guy ! He is extremely rude with his attitude like being force to come work. With his attitute , he really in the wrong industry. The room is missing with the bathtub stopper , we ask him for that , he just answer us , call the front office for that. What a superb answer from a person work in a hotel line ! I think grand paragon should send their staff for training . Even the mamak stall staff can talk politely to their guest.

Everything was great considering the hotel is a little older and considering the reasonable price point. My only feedback would be that I hope the staff can be stricter with enforcing no smoking policies in non smoking rooms. This was a point of frustration upon checkin as we needed to switch rooms. Even after switching there were pockets of rooms that didn’t comply with this policy in our new floor. Otherwise, keep up the good work!

We stayed in their Deluxe Room. Room was relatively clean despite the not so modern interior. Basic amenities provided. Fast WiFi and hot water heater with strong flow. Window exterior hasn't been cleaned for some time, so you can't thoroughly enjoy the city view. Somehow we weren't able to adjust the aircon temperature; fan was also pretty strong at lowest level. So we ended up switching the aircon off almost the entire time 😆 Good selection of breakfast fare which we enjoyed. The hotel's strategic location within JB town is definitely a plus point. p/s: Don't forget to validate your TNG card before exiting. We forgot to do so when driving out for dinner, and had to pay RM16 parking fee which can't be refunded 😅

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
