Very bad location! I can't see how anyone can have a good night's sleep at this hotel. Every morning 3.45-4.30am (yup, 45min!), the morning prayers from nearby mosques behind the hotel is very loud (>100dB). Had to move to another windowless room just to avoid it. They claim its the same room type but I'm not sure. Will never stay here again. Pics show the windowless room.

Location is great, walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. BUT, need a lot of improvement, such as floor is dirty and there are a lot of small insects. There is spider web on ceiling, and water is so slow. Air conditioning position is Directly to our head, and Then last but not least. As we trying to sleep, around 11 pm on Dec 31, 2023, there are 2 women entering OUR room, which is very NOT appropriate and very dangerous. What if we are currently not in the room, our belongings will be stolen. What kind of hotel is this ? Anybody has same Room access key to open the door ??????

Room was not spacious, too small. Some of the facilities inside the room were broken. They fixed it at the end after we complained. We stayed for almost 3 weeks. They did not refill all the amenities every day as we hoped for. The location was great, right in the middle of Jakarta. However, the hotel is located inside a tiny street where so many vehicles passing by. It was not pleasant for pedestrian. The most important thing is cleanliness. Cleanliness was terrible. When you entered the lobby, you would notice the filthy carpet. Do they never change it? Then, you would go to your room floor and you would notice another filthy carpet covering the floor. Disgusting! Staff were friendly. However, they really need to pay attention to the cleanliness of their facility.

The most dirtiest hotel in the world! The whole room is in someone else's hair, there are greasy and dirty stains on the bed linen, the walls are peeled off. The picture doesn't correspond to reality! Rooms are smaller than indicated in the booking! It's not nice to be in this room! We asked for a room replacement, but it turned out to be exactly the same! The walls are thin and you can hear all the neighbours. I had to knock my neighbours at 1 a.m. and ask them to behave quietly! If you're a tourist and want to sleep, you won't succeed! Around 4 o'clock in the morning, 4 mosques that are nearby begin to sing prayer! It feels like the renovation of this hotel was 20 years ago, it's a pity... and the name of the hotel is very beautiful...Picosso... The photo shows the loudspeakers of all mosques. I can only put one star for a good location, in the centre.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
