Very nice hotel and very clean. Perfect for a short 10 day work trip. The staff was very helpful and spoke great English. My only complaint is not being aware of the casino in the basement!

I have one free night staying at this place to attend an event. The place was huge, even the room is big and everything was so comfortable when I was staying there. The breakfast was end at 10am? 9am? I don’t remember clearly but I went their quite too close to their ending time but the chef was so nice to me (I want beef phở, but I only saw chicken on the counter) so the chef was telling me if I want beef then he can get the new beef out for me, how nice was it? I really appreciated his work 🤭, my order is super weird because there is only noodle, beef and the soup base and I want the clear soup base instead the fat base. However he made my order correctly and I was enjoyed my breakfast too much 🤭.

Dirty rooms, terrible air-conditioning, half of the facilities don't work, extremely incompetent staff. This hotel is 3 stars at best - nowhere near 5 stars. The bedsheets were dirty when we checked in, the room was very dusty. We notified the staff we will be checking out late a day in advance, and another guest came into our room while I was fully naked. Went down to reception to complain and the staff laughed and said they know and it was their mistake. No offer of compensation or apology. Just giggled and avoided eye contact. Room service was impossible to contact. The all day restaurant was closed at 2pm, even though it states everywhere that they are open all day. The airconditioning in the rooms works, but not well. The whole room is damp and smells mouldy. The wifi has no password and is not very fast. All of this could have been overlooked if not for the staff's incompetence and the fact that someone actually came into our room. If we were out they could help themselves to all our valuables. What is the point of paying for late check out if this happens? At a 5 star hotel?

It's in the costly range of hotels, was inaugurated in 2010 when the city did not have as many tall and modern buildings. The interior is a bit strange culturally for a hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
