I went with my family to this hotel because we heard about it, but we were very disappointed about the front desk. We requested a room in the 3rd floor the lady at the front agreed to it and then they gave us a key to a room in the first floor. When we asked her why, she called her administrator and she was being very disrespectful to my family telling us that we can cancel the reservation and leave right now. We also asked her for her name and she refused to give it to us. We stayed for three nights but could not sleep for more than three hours because there is no installation so it makes you feel like you are sleeping in the street.

We've been staying here for almost a month now.The place is clean. The employees are friendly. The area is not that big but I love the decors and the courtyard. It's so pleasant to hang out in there. The downside is that the AC in our bed is not working. I've told them a couple of time and the maintenance guy check on it but it was still not cooling. The entrance is a little weird for me, cause it's literally in front of the street. The insulations is not that good, you can hear people outside the room even the street noise. But overall, it's a safe and good place to stay.

Located in a good area, apartment was clean, friendly staff. Main downside, I was on the first floor and facing the street, it was extremely noisy, couldn’t sleep anything. Wouldn’t recommended for families with kids. Coffee hour is from 8am to 11am, if you have an early flight and you have to leave before that you are going to be without coffee. Should open at 6am in my opinion.

Great location, but that’s it!!!!! Very old, smell is horrible and they don’t even have a bathroom for guests who just checked out and want to use the facilities! We have to give money to the security guy who “let us use” staff bathroom on the parking level! How ridiculous!!!!! Would never recommend this place to anyone! They also advertise as they have gym facilities, but it’s very small, no gym towels or water!!

Excellent location, clean and big rooms. The people at the reception and entrance door are incredible polite and warm. The only problem are the bed mattresses which are placed on play wood instead of a box spring. It was the worse sleep experience of my life. The bed also made a horrible noise each time my husband turned around. Hotel administration should take note of the problem which is addressed several times in online reviews.
