        Good place to stay. With complementary breakfast, you can have lunch & dinner in the cafeteria. The single rooms are small in size but okay for a person. There is a garden on the rooftop, a gym & a spa center. But the swimming pool was dirty!!! overall good experience to stay here.

        This is the most disgusting hotel I have stayed in my life we booked the most expensive room in it which was the family suite it was horrible there was hair all over our beds the beds were dirty the fridge is full of mould the carpets are filthy breakfast was rubbish and the manager was very rude says no to practically everything I asked him for some discount on the price as we were paying far to much for the filthy place he said no then I asked him to do 4 items of my laundry complimentary he said no to this aswel the only thing he agreed was for us to change our room they were all the same dirty and filthy we were supposed to be staying 3 nights after 2 nights we couldn't take it anymore so we left. My 16 years old son is traumatised by the state of this hotel and doesn't want to return to Bangladesh anymore.

        I don't want to use the word unclean. It is simply NASTY. The carpet looks like it was on the street for days. Just NASTY. The blanket on the bed smelled and has hairs. The refrigerator had molded and looked like it was picked up from the trash. One towel and no sense for guests of two. We stayed at 902 and the top of us was a swimming pool. Loud construction sounds start at 9 am. We can't even hear us talking in the room. I had a conference call and I had to change it until we checked out. Management should have informed us and assigned a current floor. The front desk folks were not friendly and had no personality even tho he is working there for 14 years. Bell boys were the best. Breakfast sucks on the choice of items. NASTY table clothes. They do not change after guest use. All kinds of stains on them. There where a fight inside the kitchen. We can hear screaming and yelling. Left tips. We had dinner. The waiter has no personality or is friendly. He brought drinks end of the dinner. He forgot, what kind of drink we wanted. Not even a sorry. We left tips. During the busy time, they were installing surveillance cameras. I know this is not America, it's Bangladesh. We paid what was the rate. We thought we would get a decent service. The entire team's needs are training in everything. The hotel room manager should be fired. Owners should pay more attention. I know this comment does not mean anything.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
