The accommodations are generously sized and well-maintained. Reserving a room includes a complimentary breakfast, and the cuisine is delightful. The staff is friendly and eager to assist with any inquiries. It's an ideal destination for family vacations, offering amenities such as a swimming pool, lounge, mini boutiques, spa, and more. Multiple elevators and staircases provide convenient access. I would gladly choose to stay here again anytime.

This hotel is so nice! The location is great and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Tiwi at the front desk! She helped me more times than I can count, from booking a spa session to finding locals shops of interested. Highly recommend!

The hotel is well maintained, even it already old, since 1974. Now, they are gradually renew their rooms. It is a business hotels with lots of meeting rooms. Located at central Jakarta make easier to reach every part of Jakarta. It is a cozy and feel like home hotel.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Booking to stay in comes with breakfast. The food is tasty. The staff are kind, and ready to help with anything you might want to know or learn. The whole hotel smells refreshing and very welcoming. A good place to bring the family for vacations. Swimming pool, a lounge, mini boutiques, spa and many more. Many elevators and stairways to use. I would love to star here again anytime.

I love this place, at central of Jakarta and next to Davinci Apartment. I came to this hotel for 1 night staycation while new year eve. We got chocolate as complementary. Thank you for your hospitality and warm welcome

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
