Very good price value. Compared to other hotels near here it’s a good deal. Rooms are nice and basic equipped. Not the newest interior but for just 9€ very okay.

This hotel is much cheaper than others in the area. Rooms are big and clean but the noise is a huge issue. My 3 nights stay has been completly spoiled by crying babies at night and morning and couples fights on my floor. But the worst was the open air karaoke in the street besides the hotel until midnight every night. Cannot sleep, watch TV or relax in the room in the evening because of the noise pollution.

Excellent hotel; you get a lot of value from what you pay. 5 min. walk to the beach, spacious clean room, providing everything from hair drier, comb, tooth brush, paste to slippers and water bottles, coffee. Lot of receptionists in Danang hotels don't speak English, but I dealt mainly with Thanh and Hau; both spoke English and assisted me with lot of things while I stayed 6 nights at this hotel. I had a back room, so it was quite at night. I had warm water for showers (they even provided shower caps) and A/C worked well. TV had lots of channels; there's also small fridge in the room. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I ever visited Danang again from Canada.

The room is pretty dirty and not like 3 stars hotel that we usually stay. Moreover, i think they clean the room inappropriately because the room is still pretty dirty with dust all over the room. They dont even provide us with hot water (the hotel claimed that we should wait for 3-5 minutes in order to get hot water) but it didnt work. They didn't even replace the water dispenser so the customer can't refill our water. Furthermore, we were still able to hear loud music and sound from outside eventhough it's already around 2 am. If you have more budget, just get udself a better hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
