        I experienced the worst week of my life in this hotel. With the reception and service being very rude and inattentive to the passengers, the rooms were not clean at all, and they did not change the bed sheets during a week, according to the warning. Everything and everywhere was dirty, some rooms are located on negative floors and parking lots, and there are cockroaches in the toilets. Be careful not to book these rooms with a lot of money. Leftover ingredients were used in the breakfast of the hotel, which made my father sick. I can honestly say that it was the worst hotel, not even hospitable. Really, if your life and money are valuable to you, do not stay at this hotel, you will regret it.

        The services in this property are non existent. 1. The room’s toilets do not have exhaust and have a foul smell… I had to keep the maindoor and the windows open with AC on all the time. I had 3 nights in the property and it was hell. 2. The property staff is rude, arrogant and leave no chance to fleece the customer. Basic hygiene is lacking. No towels are given in the bathroom. House keeping does not even change the towels. 3. The telephone in the room does not work and the reception gave us a whatsapp number to text if anything was needed. I texted at 6 PM for some water and followed up again and again, but nothing came. Thankfully there is Carrefour nearby which helps with basic elements like water! The fridge in the room does not work either. So even if you buy water you can’t keep them in the fridge! 4. The breakfast was very very ordinary. The boiled eggs were from the previous day. Coffee mugs and tissues had to be requested and came only after 30 mins of me following up.. I was told mugs are being cleaned. I went for breakfast at 9 am! May be they only have 10 cups which they keep circulating … 5. They advertise of a pool - THERE IS NOT POOL. Spa is a showcase for everything else than a massage. I was told at the reception “we will do whatever services you want”.. 6. Repeat note on staff arrogance. I requested (again) for some towels from the hotel and the response I got was “my shift is over”. The staff which has finished the shift keep hanging around and all hang up if you raise a complaint. This is the most horrible hotel I have experienced in my life. If it was for me, I would pray that either a new hotel management company takes over ….. There is nothing grand or stary in this property aside a bad looking hotel sign board!

        other than location, everything was subpar breakfast -> inedible reception -> unhelpful hygiene in rooms -> awful (our room smelled like a smoking lounge without a ventilator) also it has one elevator for 6 floors and many rooms, thus made it impossible to use if you didn’t wait 10 minutes! don’t book it..

        It was the worst hotel I had ever experienced, the staff was not well behaved. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, I spend more than half day waiting for a water problem to be solved to take a shower 🤦🏽‍♀️. The cleaning was not good. The hotel coffee shop did not even have a menu, the prices were verbal and very expensive. I do not recommend staying in this hotel at all. ( we only enjoyed the great view)
