        Kinda spoil the travel mood. Dirty bedsheet, peel off paint, spoilt mirror, peaking shower hose, toilet door unable to lock, no wardrobe, insufficient shower gel, no soundproof, keep hearing chair dragging sound from next door. Wouldn't stay again

        Just a normal one if you don't mind about luxury. Nothing's luxury here. The aircon you have to adjust by yourself. No cupboard at all..the good parts are besides the hotel is one clean good mamak restaurant and all visiting places are within walking distance .

        Planning on staying for 3 night but change hotel the next day because of people dropping marble at upper level and dragging chair until 3am..i can't sleep at all..haiya spoil my vacation..

        The room was not only very small, but also very smelly and had mold on the walls. The bathroom didn’t have a shower just a small hose with a shower head. AC works good. Yes it’s very cheap, but I wouldn’t visit again and would not recommend. There’s probably other cheap hotels around that are not detrimental to health.

        We choose twin room which our bed is beside the toilet. It's really small room which you can fit one feet besides each bed. There's a cocroach on our table, the bed was dusty and the ceiling was full of mould. The bathroom can fit one person only. The iron and other appliances was on the hall so you need to get out of your room to use the service cause its public use. Not very good for travelers as the bed was too dusty to sleep. You need to take your own cloth to cover the bed.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
