I had a great time staying here with my family. Sweet and short stay near the beach. One criticism is that I did not enjoy the breakfast menu and basically didn’t eat even thought I paid for it. For future: I hope they can eventually incorporate more protein dishes in their buffet. The staff did seem concerned regarding their service and always made sure we were well taken care off. I appreciate their concern for my stay. 4 stars as it was overall quite pleasant experience and convenient location.

Rooms are small for family. Services are poor. After 9 you will not provided any kind of service like driking water, food and all. And if you order food from outside, they will not even provide a single plate for dinner. Only the breakfast is good.

Not happy with my stay, I wish I could leave but I already paid. I won’t feel good sleeping here tonight. They gave me a room that smelled so musty and strong smell of mold. I opened the window to try and air it out but I didn’t work so I requested another room. The reception was friendly about it and apologized and gave me a different one. This one smells better (still musty) but I found hair in my sheets, the wall shows water damage, and there’s plenty of mold in the bathroom. Don’t believe what the pictures look like.

Stuck there during torrential rain. Hotel staff were lovely. Hotel was clean enough. Pool was closed, but they offered to take us to another hotel if we wanted to swim Didn't see any reviews talking about breakfast but it was actually a really good spread! Vietnamese stuff, then also some bread and select baked goods. Staff working on a little egg bar in the corner for omlettes etc. Cereal, juices, fresh fruit. It was good! I thought the room was good, my wife was less impressed. She thought the bedding was a bit smelly. The bathroom is odd, as the shower water basically bounces off you and soaks the floor as the door thing isn't very big. We had a large damp stain on the wall by the window in room 707. Safe was locked by a previous guest and unusable. Good view though, I thought the bed was comfy, Aircon worked well, mini bar prices were fair. Not convinced it's a 4 star, but it was still really nice for the price.

Amazing for the price. Rooms are clean, large and have everything you need. Great breakfast with plenty of options. Staff are lovely. Bells of the elevators going off every few seconds not great.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
