Just attend hi tea last weekend. About 80 peoples involve. Food is very- very bad. Fried rice is overcooked. Pasta undercooked. Poor pastry taste. Not enough food for all people. No PIC around. Not recommended for hi tea.

I was really satisfied with the hospitality served by this hotel. In love with the ambience. The staffs here patiently attended a bit of my request despite some problems occured but still, they managed to solve it at the end. Thank you! The cleanliness here was really good. The breakfast also good, the food served I think is just the same as the other hotel that I went previously. If you're asking for extra bed, their priority is to those who requested for it and must be paid first via web. If not, it is subjected to availability upon your arrival. Will come again next time! (The photo taken from level 14, it was raining. Such a nice view)

The environment in the hotel was good. But the services at the lobby was very poor especially at the counter. They are not welcoming the customer very well. Make check in process complicated for groups check in especially. The buffet serve variety of food, but not as my expectation for this hotel. Also doesn't suits what we paid. I hope they will improve their overall services and foods.

It is a luxury hotel, the lobby is very magnificent, the room has comfy beds and pillows, decorated well, with great rain shower heads and all the polish fittings and lights. The food is delicious, and there's a range of buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are very polite and treat us well. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay there very much. If I were to be fussy, the hotel would need to heat their coffee hot enough to dissolve the creamer, and increase the pest control at the ground floor toilet (the female toilet, first one from the door has cockroach spotted), as well find way to avoid bird droppings at the pillars near the swimming pool (netting has been put there so no droppings on the floor but still it is an eyesore)..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
