I really enjoy staycation in Grand Thamrin Hotel. - This hotel has good and clean room with complete facilities. The bathroom is clean and they also have shampoo, soap, tooth brush, and clean towels. TV cable also works well. - I slept well in this room as they have cozy and clean bed, blanket and pillow with cool AC. - I like the scent of this hotel room, it smells calming and fresh. - Free parking and wifi. - Hotel staff are friendly and responsive. When I called them to request the slippers, they delivered it to my room. - The location is near the shopping center in Jakarta such as Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia and Thamrin City - I can easily reach transportation access here as the hotel is near MRT station, busway station, airport station (BNI city station) I will come back for staycation at this hotel for sure.

New budget hotel with superb location. Literally in the center of Jakarta. The building is still new and the atmosphere is rather silent. Pros : -Smooth check-in and out -Location is great 10/10 -interior is comfortable enough -Cleanliness, OK -Hospitality, OK -24hour receptionist -safe parking Cons : -No leveling in the bathroom floor -One key card room -No slipper, hair dryer, and bell door -Didn't try their breakfast because I booked with no meal. Will come back for sure!

I recently stayed at the Grand Thamrin Hotel in Jakarta, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a great location, just a few steps away from Grand Indonesia Mall and Plaza Indonesia Mall. This made it easy to explore all that Jakarta has to offer, from shopping to dining to sightseeing. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. I especially appreciated the free WiFi, which was great for staying connected while I was away from home. Overall, I had a great stay at the Grand Thamrin Hotel, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Jakarta.

Hotel will force you to check in to the smoking room, even though it is mentioned in every Online Travel Agents that the rooms they have are non smoking. To the point that it felt like they're trying to scam you so you'll pay more to upgrade the room, which is intolerable. I noticed that several guests had the same issues as well, it's just unfortunate that I read the reviews way too late. What makes it even worse was the fact that no sincere apologies were given, receptionists just criticized you back when you demand for the right room. Decided to checked out of the hotel immediately because the room seriously stinks, can't stand the cigarette smell lingering around the room. You could actually find much better and cheaper options around the area, and with much more professional receptionists than here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
