Unfortunately we didn’t have time to take a lot of photos of videos of hotel because we need to move fast witj our guide but despite that Staff was very hospital and understanding,Rooms in a perfect way to have the perfect rest with a lot of space,facilities and warm,The view was amazing to wake in the morning and have a tasty breakfast. Location was very helpful to get through Grand Pazar or Blue Mosque or other shops and restaurants

Very good hotel for its money. Cozy and clean rooms with everything necessary, kind staff, great room service. The location is great, 10 mins drive to the old city center. Metro station, restaurants and shops are nearby. There is a good hammam in the hotel’s spa center, also sauna and a pool. Good breakfast, buffet

Grand Unal hotel is very nice and the location is close to the Yenikapi metro station and also lots of restaurants and shopping. The tripe room has a safe, mini fridge sufficient outlets and very comfortable beds. The bathroom has plenty towels, shampoo, soap and hairdryer. The shower pressure is good. The A/C works. The breakfast is on the 8th floor with a great view. There is lots of choices to eat. The only thing I dislike is that the walls are thin and you can hear the people from the other rooms. Other than that our stay was pleasant and the staff are nice and speak English. I would stay here again.

Very old rooms We felt Very congested,it's like a box rooms They gives u toilet papers but water is the basic thing which is not included in this hotel We have stayed in all 3 star to 5 star hotels No one asked us to buy water ...so we did feel awkward..... We had to ask rather I say I complained that there were no quilts .. till then they just provided some turkey towel kind long bedsheets and we struggled to sleep in AC room , after complaining too they said next day after cleaning you will get .... So here basic things u have to ask for it , Hotel lights r very dim 🔅 .... AC making sound always In short Hotel needs some renovation Only thing I loved is Staff is very courteous and gentle , so 5 star to them Hotel is located at prime location so that's a plus point If you are planning for a day or two u can stay Won't recommend beyond that

De hotel was in a good location everything was near , bus metro taxi. Nice restaurants around. The staf were friendly we arrived early in the morning but the give us a room . I will come and stay again when I visit Istanbul.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
