        If I could give no stars I would!! Save your money. For the price you can't use the pool it's extra $20!! It doesn't say that at booking so be aware. The hotels website is not very clear on that and the manager doesn't care to explain, didn't even talk to us. There was dust all over the lamps in the room and the bed is hard as a rock,!! We stayed a a way nicer hotel closer to the center of the city for $150 less we came here because they had pool. Poll area smells like mildew and there was garage in the Turkish bath and sauna. Come on. If you are Charging extra for Spa experience at least pick up trash. Stay away from this place.

        The worst hotel I have ever been in Milan. Their rooms are very dirty, the dry cleaning of the room has not been done for an eternity, we woke up (Even though we slept less than an hour due to the noise) with terrible allergies, dust everywhere. The toilet has never been disinfected, so it looks like a toilet at a cheap gas station. The bed is old, the mattresses are sagging and creak a lot. They lie that they have soundproofing, the rooms are very noisy, you will hear everything that happens with the neighbors from all sides. The windows are old so you can hear the street as if you are sleeping on the side of the road. They do not give water as a compliment, and in the minibar, was waiting for us already open water, i.e. the lids were torn off, someone opened them before us. When we asked for a new water (for this we had to go down to the reception, as they did not pick up the phone for several hours), the woman at the reception simply waved her hand and said to buy water in the restaurant (much more expensive). The rooms do not lock, it is clear that the locks have been broken for a long time. Realizing what a terrible hotel, we left it a day early to move to another hotel. We left a large amount of money there, as these days the hotel is the most expensive of the year. We were only able to stay in this hotel for one night and it was terrible. I strongly recommend not to stay at this hotel. We even preferred to lose money, just not to stay in this hotel. Thank God there are many good hotels nearby in Milan. And today we finally got some sleep.

        The hotel is not what they promote They say they have a pool but the pool opens only at 3 pm and the worst is that it not a free use for guest. You have to pay 20 euro per entrance And they don’t say it if you ask or even as I did you call them to ask for information before booking about the pool Their communication and marketing is not what it reveals is Need to watch out to not be taken for a ride !

        Beautiful hotel with unfriendly staff and poor service. The ladies at the desk were rather unwelcoming. They also take out credit cards to collect information for unknown reasons. They couldn't print out the privacy policy at my request. Unfortunately, the sauna was also unavailable during the Christmas period!

        The hotel's appearance and location were pleasing. It was conveniently located with a bus stop right in front and easy access to the Metro. There were numerous dining and drinking establishments nearby. However, we were taken aback by the additional charge for accessing the swimming pool (20 euros per person per entrance). Nonetheless, the room itself was quite nice and clean, although we were surprised to find that there were no proper cups provided for drinking water. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't very friendly. When we arrived about 10 minutes early, they asked us to wait, and even after waiting for 20 minutes, they responded in a rather unwelcoming manner, stating that we had booked the room only 30 minutes ago and shouldn't expect such quick service. This was puzzling, as we had made our reservation at least a month in advance. Additionally, they initially forgot to add the extra bed that was part of our booking, and only did so after we brought it to their attention. The breakfast was okay, offering various options such as eggs, fruits, cakes, and cereals. However, there were no fresh vegetarian items, which was disappointing. Nevertheless, the overall breakfast was decent, and we appreciated the option to dine either indoors or outdoors. During the night, we encountered some kind of tiny insects in the room, and by morning, we had several bites, though we couldn't be sure if they were caused by bed bugs. When we approached the staff about the issue, they said they would look into it.
