Great location , clean ,friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious and good variety. Rooms were updated and clean, much than some other places in Hanoi. WiFi works well and it's quiet although it's in the center of Old Quarter.

Best stay on our three week trip to Vietnam! Came back there a second time after some tours and were welcomed friendly and with much joy. Jennifer at the reception helped us many times and with best tips and tricks for Hanoi! Thank you one more time! :) Rooms are clean and AC works perfectly, elevator available, breakfast is one of the best seen in Vietnam so far! Love the passion fruits! Will go there a third time before flying back home! See you soon!

I loved the interior of this boutique hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel location is amazing. It's within walking distance to all attractions and Hoan Kiem lake. The room size is small but it's comfortable for 4 of us. We booked a room facing the street, it was a little bit noisy but manageable. The street is quiet from 10pm onwards so it was alright. We managed to get good sleep without interruption.

Grand Hotel is one of the best hotels in the centre of Hanoi. Our room is clean, well designed and have a large window, so natural lighting is a great advantage. The bed is also super comfortable. Just the wifi is quite slow but I can use my own internet so that is not an problem for me. The most impressive thing is their service. We only stayed here for two nights, but they were very generous to help us keep our luggage (3 large and small luggage) for free for nearly 9 days. Unfortunately, we can't stay here for the last night in Hanoi (because their rooms are fully booked), so on the last day we came to pick up our luggage from other hotels, a colleague helped us carry a large suitcase and walk for 2 minutes to another hotel. What an amazing service, so we left some tips in the tip box to thank us for everything we got. It is highly recommended to stay here! I will definitely visit again!

Hotel staff said they can’t give us 2 key because of Hotel policy. And said even doesn’t have master key to open lol Of course he was lying so he opened our room (very unhappily ) but he opened without checking who I am. Very well security(cross fingers) Please be careful if you still want to stay here. *The guy who work at day time apologized nicely so I rate 3.(of course there is no hotel policy that can’t give 2 key)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
