        I would not recommend this place, Grant Kloof Boutique Hotel to anyone. The rooms were small. They were not as advertised on the website. After complaining, we were moved to a self-catering unit that looked like it had not been used in a while. The maintenance was shockingly poor. The bedroom had tiles, but there were no carpets around the bed, so one would step down on a cold, hard surface. The kitchen had wooden tiles and was covered with a carpet that concealed several missing tiles. This was an accident waiting to happen. The bathroom fan was not working, and despite reporting this to the manager on our first morning, nothing was done about it during our four-night stay. We also experienced load-shedding, and yet this hotel is graded as a four-star hotel. It's a joke - I've seen better-kept shacks. The worst part is that the toilet window opens into the bedroom, yes, you heard me correctly - the bedroom window. We tried to get our refund, but we were sent from one person to another without any resolution. The only person who went above and beyond was Miriam. I believe she should be the manager of this place because she would do a much better job than the current managers. I did tell the manager, Deidre, that the review won't be as rosy at all. I think this hotel should be graded to a 1-star hotel and I'm being extremely generous with this grading...

        Appropriate the good service given at the reception ,Housekeeping staff 100% best service. Clean rooms we were booked at the hotel side but we opted Self catering Apartments were we can be free close to the pool sea view , a place like home. I do recommend this place for group stay even business trips . Thanks to Mims she made sure we are well taken care of.

        Shocking! Do not go unless you want to be insulted and scammed. We were given a room that led directly off from the reception. We had to keep the curtains closed (which were badly torn and coming off the rails), as the room was directly onto the parking lot and gate. The noise levels were excessive. When we asked for another room we were told that that was the room allocated to us by their system and it was not their fault we had been given a bad room. The receptionist rather than trying to resolve the problem just kept trying to justify the bad room allocation. If we wanted a better room we had to pay extra as she said "it is the season to make money". She then showed us a better room for which we had to pay extra R1100. When we paid the difference she then tried to give us a different room to the one we looked at. Exceptionally rude and unhelpful. When we checked out the next morning we were told they had to inspect the room first. I was shocked at this but went back to the room with the ‘receptionist’. He then proceeded to check the bed for stains! I have never been so insulted and shocked. This is also something in all my years of travel I have never been subjected to. He then proceeded to check and photograph the towels for stains. Obviously so they could charge customers extra. The worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay. Unless you want to be insulted and treated like a criminal and not a patient g guest I suggest you stay away from this pretend boutique hotel

        Very happy with everything. I loved the outside setting, it’s great for baby showers, birthday parties and functions. I also enjoyed the atmosphere of the venue. The staff were helpful as well. We really had a good time.

        This is my first time in Cape Town and I went for my honeymoon, I had the best experience in Grande Kloof Boutique hotel . Many thanks to Merriam , Alec and the whole stuff , they were very friendly , welcoming, very humble and the place is very clean. My husband and I had a great experience Guys keep it up 🙏🙏🙏🙏

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
