        A bit out of the way (once you know where you are going 😉 it's a straight forward walk to and from Fira center. Lovely hotel has all the necessity needed. Lovely pool. Restaurant/cafe OSMO chicken was delicious lovely atmosphere staff very helpful. Definitely a must for a return trip.

        I had one of my worst experience for a hotel. The room was horrible, the Clim didn’t work well, the shower was just disastrous with no shower head. The beds were really really hard and noisy, which was really uncomfortable. We were really disappointed. There were a lot of noise as there were big groups of people that were talking during the night. Also the pool was dirty. We would not recommend AT ALL this hotel.

        We stayed here 2 nights, the mattress was basically a brick with springs you feel with every turn and the pillows were maybe an inch thick. Additionally, the bottom of the shower curtains had mold (pictured). The first night the power was out and the toilet wouldn’t work (no AC, no lights, and we couldn’t charge our phones). There was power the second night but the AC was dripping through the ceiling (also pictured) and made the floor wet. The owner was very nice, the view was lovely, and the pool was nice. But because of the above reasons, the toilet making lots of noise (the 2nd night), and that 2 people tried to get us to pay twice we wouldn’t stay again.

        WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! The owner was completely rude to us. Even though we booked a room for 3 people with the hotel employee and he ASSURED us even 2 minutes before arriving that there's definitely 3 beds, the owner, while having the rudest tone ever refused that this was the case and instead made us get a double room, basically leaving one of us with no place to sleep! The room was extremely dirty, no handsoap and no working AC! Even if it's cheaper than the rest of the hotels there, the unacceptable behaviour from the owner and the staff completely ruins the experience, do NOT book a room there, its better to pay a bit more and find a trustworthy place to stay instead.
