We stayed at the Grande real Santa resort for the new year and we had an amazing experience. We reserved a pool facing room and what an amazing view, loved it. We witnessed the marvelous new year celebration fire crackers right from the room. Excellent service at all interventions. We had an issue with the room that was assigned to us when we checked in, on reporting at the reception counter, our room was promptly changed. The infrastructure is a bit old but it is negligible. During peak season hit the buffet breakfast as early as possible to avoid wait time, yes there is a queue for breakfast. Access to the beach is easy from the resort through the stairs. Be mindful of the seagulls if you plan to eat outside. Loved the spa experience too, the masseuse did a fabulous job. We utilized the shuttle service to the town, it was pretty convenient. Overall, I had a great stay! I recommend!

This place is all about the location, access to beach is through the beach club restaurant and has beautiful views of the local coastal area. The hotel itself also houses a luxury spa with a thalassotherapy circuit, gym and treatments. We stayed in an self catering apartment which was nice enough, a bit stuffy and could do with an upgrade although it did have a bath and the bed was comfortable.

Very nice resort, we stayed there for three nights in December. Wish we had an opportunity to use more of the facilities but we took day trips every day. About 10 min drive from the train station (we rented a car), through local roads. We were in a two bedroom apartment, which was quite large and well appointed. Linens were nice. The only concern I had is that the rooms smelled strongly of fresh paint and we had some trouble getting the thermostat working. Heating in the three rooms also appeared to be inconsistent. Location could not be better.

It’s a very nice and cozy hotel, we’re coming back here for the 4th time! Especially during the winter months here it feels like paradise! Price/performance value is perfect! Astonishing view, peaceful and warm atmosphere and very friendly staff, great breakfast and comfortable rooms what more one needs for the romantic weekend with your beloved one!

Can only comment on the food at the La Club which was lovely. Unlike the service. I don't expect at a 5 star hotel to have to get my own menu and approach the bar area to order drinks after waiting ten minutes after speaking to a waiter. A bit of supervision is needed. Our table was sitting in a pool of rice from the previous guests.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
