        Book king size bed but they put 2 queen bed size combine it together. When u sleep on it, u can feel the edges hitting your buttock. I hardly sleep well. Should at least just used king size bed instead. My room didn't provide any shampoo and body wash so u need to bring your own which I find it odd. Washing fash basin hot water spoil and counter was to high for me. Not comfortable to wash face/ brush teeth. Got free parking space.

        I book the King Suit with Spa The place is gloomy and eerie at night as its also poorly lighted even at the reception. It's very run down no maintainance The small aircon on one corner of the room is hardly cool. It's very warm hard to sleep. They is no one at the reception after 11pm. The wall tile at the window has fall out with bare wall can seen The window was not clean at all with all the dirt and stain. There is no dust bin to throw your rubbish. The toilet only have 1 bottle of bath soap for use on for hands and bath at shower and body too I all in one. No tooth brush The bidet spray head is missing. The toilet light is dim not well lighted The door lock access card is broken The room smells dampness. Very old rundown with broken wall tile and dirty windows never clean for ages I waste my money and time. Worse I can hardly slept I won't recommend this hotel I will never come back

        The room does not meet my expectation. Jacuzzi not well cleaned. Bathroom not so clean. Wallpaper mcm nak tertanggal. Towel only provided 1. Cupboard mcm nk roboh. Sofa look very old. However, receptionist is tip top. We need to go downstairs for iron.

        Please do not choose this hotel guys . Honestly it was a worst decision which we chose . Nearly 6 hours ride from Singapore to Malacca . All we wanted is a good hotel but it wasn’t even an average . hotel room is extremely dirty & looks worse than a budget hotel . Don’t get cheated by the bathtub . The toilet seat is super dirty but according to the staff it’s clean 🙃 oh yes, they did not provide any toiletries. We decided to ask for refund immediately & the staff immediately agreed. Thank god, we found a better hotel with better facilities. One good lesson for us : read the reviews first

        Their entire room is just did an refurbished. Poor jacuzzi.. poor cleanliness.. Poor servive because when the time i went to checking out, there's no worker at the counter and i've been waiting for long time. I got issue with the towel and they said there's no another towel for us. Please UPGRADE EVERYTHING at your hotel!!! Thankyou
