It is a hotel with the most perfect location in the city and has a fascinating city view. You can feel at home in this spotlessly clean hotel with stylish and calssical decor in an old historical building. The most beautiful restaurant and cafe in the city is in this hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast set is perfect. Cleaning is excellant. The most impressive thing of all is the hotel staff. From the breakfast server to parking attendant, everyone provides excellent and friendly service. Especially the reception staff Dana and Elen (young women) helped us a lot by finding solutions to every problems we had immediately. People who do their job so passionately and perfectly made our holiday beautiful. Thank you very much. We stayed in other small hotels in the city. This is the largest and most professionally managed hotel in the city. Completely flawless perfect.

An old fashioned luxury hotel, though I felt it was missing an element that embodies a true luxury experience. The room was nice though a bit lacking (no smart TV. no main switch for lights), hallways are far from inviting and actually give an eery vibe because they are very dark. The location is absolutely perfect at the very heart of Brno and the breakfast was fantastic as well. The staff was accommodating and nice for the very little interaction we've had.

Not a 5 star experience. PROS: • Great central location in the square • Polite, friendly staff upon arrival • Complimentary prosseco on arrival • Excellent breakfast; great choice and quality CONS: • We had booked a king bed and instead we got two beds pushed together. This is completely unacceptable in a 5 star hotel. I did go to the receptionist and complained but she just smiled, apologised and said they were fully booked. There should at least have been some compensation • The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable • Some church kept ringing its bells very early morning (e.g. 6am) which kept us awake. So very inconsiderate • It was difficult to turn the knob in the bathroom to convert from bath tap to shower head So all in all not a great experience. It really needs to improve itself to be of a 5 star level. At the moment it is merely 4 star.

I wish I was able to give more than five stars. I really enjoyed our stay in hotel. Everything was so professional and comfortable. It is very close to the centre so the location was amazing. It is very clean and bed was so comfortable. The most important thing is that the staff was so friendly, helpful and welcoming which is the best positive point of this hotel from my point of view. The breakfast was fine as well, I should say that I expected more option for breakfast it can be more various but generally I like it. About the room facilities the only issue it could be fine it they can provide some small toothpaste as well, which is necessary. I would like to recommend it everyone.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
