"I stayed at the Deluxe Apartment with a Duomo view. It was fantastic. The view was breathtaking, and the room condition was top-notch. My 3-night stay in Florence was truly enchanting. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the service was exceptional. Being very close to the main attractions made it very convenient. After climbing the Duomo, it was nice to have the option to take a break in the hotel. There are plenty of delicious eateries around. If I come back to Florence, I will definitely stay here again. Already missing it."

Amazing location, room and staff. The front rooms with the view of the Duomo are simply the best rooms in Florence. The rear rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Perfect to put children in the rear and stay in the front with your partner and feel down right royal. Fantastic!!!

You can not beat this location! Walk outside to the Piazza del Duomo. The hotel is walking distance to everything, including the train station. The staff is friendly, warm and welcoming. I had trouble finding the front door (it is in between Mister Pizza and the Leather store) but I called and was given easy directions. They deliver warm croissants to your door every morning. My room was spacious and had everything I needed. I will stay here again!

This place is awesome. The staff was incredibly accommodating, the room was very nice, and the location for seeing museums and other historic sites is unbeatable. Would absolutely come again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
