Not suitable for family.. Maybe only suitable for papapa/young couple dating Chicken nest.. Room smells bad.. Poor sound insulation..

the room is not thick at all. it is too noisy that we can hear the nextdoor customer talking clearly even people on the hallway. guess we can find better hotel for this price range but unfortunately this is our last choice due to full booked other hotels since it was the school holiday.

Stayed in one of their deluxe rooms. Very clean, nicely furnished basic room. No foul odour or anything bad at all. Quiet place. Ironing board is located at the hallway, and limited toiletries were given (I.e no toothbrush, toothpaste, etc). There’s a water dispenser outside at the hallway too. It’s quite small but honestly we didn’t mind because it’s only a place to get sleep and freshened up. In fact we actually ended up liking the place and will return whenever we’re in Melaka for a short stay again. Like all other reviews have mentioned here, Fauzi was really really friendly, helpful and pleasant to us. Every hotel should have a Fauzi. Hopefully the management notices the great efforts he put into his job ☺️

no star hotel. hair dryer inside room. the room price keeps increasing due to popularity. service so so. 3 stories hotel. ironing board is outside. no mineral water in the room. don't expect much. it's really a place to sleep. the advantage is there is one hawker center and supermarket about 100 m away

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
