I stayed at a single room. I'm totally okay with the small room because at least the bed was big enough but, everything around water was horrible. The toilet was too easy to be blocked and the shower was so weak. Also, the basin was somehow blocked too. About the cleaning, I stayed for 4 nights but sometimes the litter box wasn't even emptied and the same goes with the bed sheets I guess. There were loads of dish and tea packs and also a microwave in addition to a fridge. If you wanna sometimes have some meals in your room, that would be alright with those. If you're sensitive to the sound, you'll find it hard to sleep because the door is thin and the floor of the corridor is creaking. Another person mentioned but there was a consistent sound which didn't stop all night and prevented me from a good sleep. I didn't try breakfast because almost no review said it was good and we had to go to another hotel to have one. I think the only good things about staying at the single room were the big bed and the accessibility to British Museum...
