Review for best staff and comfortable place in GeorgiaF 🇬🇪👌 Awesome trip to Georgia very nice locatoon very close to the city . Awesome staff helped a lot and very friendly and kind the lady was welcomed us with smile 😊 serving home wine 🍷 I feel at home , rooms very clean and comfortable . Thank you for your kindness and warm welcome Ms. khatia & Ms .Mariami & Luca . Many areas close to the hotel. Very suggested as per ita good location. Many restaurant near by too. Please ask the staff if you have any issue so they can sort it out on time.

I would recommend this place, for its nice service and good design of rooms. Rooms are small in general. But it was clean, bathroom was good. Receptionist helped us as it was our first day in Georgia. Comparing to other hotels in the country its very very good. Value for money 9/10

This hotel is a gem really, very comfortable and chick for a great price. Its building is new and has an elevator, the rooms are spacious and stylish. I would recommend upgrading to a comfort room as it’s bigger and has panoramic windows. Each room has a desk, small fridge and TV. The bathroom is of a decent size with a hairdryer. I’ve also enjoyed the buffet breakfast - it is generous and tasty. You can additionally order beverages (including alcoholic) for 24 hours in the lobby. The staff is kind and helpful.

Me and my wife booked for a one night stay at Graphica and we were very satisfied on how they accommodated us. The staff at the counter named Ana even gave us a welcome drink. Their room is amazing and comfy and they also focus on small details in the room which shows that they care for their customers. We will definitely book with them again when we go back to Tbilisi.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
