This was a last minute booking and we were able to get four rooms close together. The hotel receptionist greeted us with a warm welcome and quickly checked us in. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nicely remodeled with a large shower. The breakfast consisted of a large array of fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meats, eggs (cooked in variety), breads, yogurts and drinks.

Worst experience ever. Paid in full for a 4 night stay. However due to unforseen circumstances I had to leave after only 1 night very early the next morning. They refuse to refund me for any of the nights I did not stay. Yet they will advertise that same room as available and make double the money. Totally unethical.

Can't say enough positive things about this hotel - the rooms were very spacious and clean, the breakfast was absolutely excellent, and the staff was polite and helpful. The location is fantastic - just a few steps from Congress station, the old city, and the Golden Roof. We would happily stay here again!
