One of the worst experiences I have ever had. It’s a shame that this hotel is allowed to exists. Shower head would not work at all. Hotel said that they would “call someone but it would be a few days”. We ran into another person in the lobby, and they said it was awful as well. Our sheets were stained and the room was overall dirty. I wouldn’t wish this hotel on my worst enemy.

I do not know where to start from, only the furniture is luxurious and the location is good. everything else is pretty bad. keys that don't work, the owner who is rude and arrogant and if you complain he will tell you to leave the apartment. I took my daughter and mother, I booked a triple bed. I got a double bed and a couch on which there was no bedding or pillow. breakfast brings you to the plate and it’s so miserable I have no words. if I could I would give him a zero rating, he only got one star because of the location.

Awful! I couldn't arrive on time mentioned for check in due to being stuck in malta...my friend was already in rome and we were originally keeping the 2 night booking and he would stay instead...however after 2 colleagues from this bnb bombarding me at the same time with wats app and trying to call me( I was unavailable to take the call) they then started calling me a liar and when I tired to call them declined my call...at this time we decided I wouldn't want anyone staying at a hotel to be spoken to and treated so badly. Refused to even return part of my 2 night stay. Have never experienced this kind of treatment and not one apology. Came from them...booking.com apologised on their behalf after reading the messages sent to me but could do nothing to return or even part refund what I paid to stay here and just received abuse instead...do not stay here unless you want to be treated horribly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
