        The room was extremely disgusting considering the supposed 4-star hotel rating. We got the Suite number 1, which is underground, and therefore really dark and claustrophobic. Also, the smell of the bedroom, which is beside the toilet room, was awful; it smelled to sewage due to the lack of ventilation and probably bad drainage. Overall, the furniture was old and dirty, with plenty of weird looking spots that no-one bothered to clean. It definitely felt like a scam, as the suite didn't look AT ALL as it was depicted in the pictures. The wooden plinths were even eaten by something, it looked as if cockroaches were going to come out. At the end, we had to move to Vardar Palace hotel (300 m away from Frida suites and also a 4 star hotel), where we luckily found accommodation and it was certainly what you would expect from a 4-star hotel: very clean, good location and a pleasant looking room.

        Crooks and big scam run, the room they gave us was totally different from the picture, I stayed their in 2019 and it was an old 1 bedroom apt, sofa broken looks like an old grandma house, old furniture, big red broken sofa. View to an old building under renovation during my whole stay. Bathroom was extremely small. Furniture was different. The only accurate thing in their description was their location I tried to upload pictures at that time to booking and my review didn’t go through. Please be aware!!

        We stayed twice in this nice Apart Hotel in the Superior Suite (facing the front side which we recommend) and enjoyed it. The Suite is generous, equipped with a small kitchen, sitting area & bath/shower room (which unfortunately had some smells sometimes). The centric and hip neighborhood location location and service by the staff is great, especially Miss Kübra. The weak points are the unstable WIFI , TV and furniture needing some update. This Apart is really good value for money and we recommend it and shall likely stay there again at our next trip to wonderful Istanbul.

        I've been hotel hopping and this is by far the best value. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the bed is comfortable. The location is really good, perfectly walkable and near to many shops.

        I was at the Frida suites for 5 days and I loved it ! The room was beautiful, clean and neat. The room was cleaned every day and Miss Kübra took care of all our needs and even helped us out of an inconvenience. Thank you so much 😊

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
