        Loved the rooms and service. Security their was immaculate and again, the service was great. Very useful staff. Location was pretty nice as well. There were several supermarkets could go to for my groceries. I felt very good and comfortably there overall, despite the hotel being a bit miniscule in size, I wouldn't say it mattered much or felt like that. Overall, a very nice cozy stay.

        I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! It was not only nice but incredibly clean, which is something I truly appreciate. The people at the reception were exceptionally helpful and kind, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. My room was not only clean but also very comfortable and well-maintained. I stayed for two days, and the overall atmosphere was so peaceful that it allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my stay. I can't recommend this hotel enough! It's a wonderful place to stay, and I'll definitely be returning.

        The room was not large but the layout was standardised. Shower is big enough adjustable shower head. Favourite thing is that the water flow is enough adjustable hot water. Not the kind where the water temperature is set at 38 degrees. Bath towels are new and white. The hotel staff is very good at what they do.

        Loved the rooms and service. Security their was immaculate and again, the service was great. Very useful staff. Location was pretty nice as well.         I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! It was not only nice but incredibly clean, which is something I truly appreciate. The people at the reception were exceptionally helpful and kind, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. My room was not only clean but also very comfortable and well-maintained. I stayed for two days, and the overall atmosphere was so peaceful that it allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my stay. I can't recommend this hotel enough! It's a wonderful place to stay, and I'll definitely be returning.

        Hello everyone, I hope you all doing well, I want to express my gratitude for gravity hotel for the nice friendly hospitality on our period of time we stayed there while staying ILS course. The food was nicely average and I wish there was more variety of food but it was really good and delicious. The hotel staff were really nice and kind. Ms Vishily, Ms Mufeeda and Michelle on front desk were friendly and cooperative with our matters. Ms Aysha and Ms Marygrace were really good people in cafeteria. Also some other people from other departments like Jyilel, Harry and Aderss. The room was decent but there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom and we heard so much noise like construction work in the hotel was really disturbing but the room was clean and had a good space. The location was really good it pretty close to Dalma Mall and near by there were really good shops like groceries and laundries and restaurants saloons and many other types of shops but the area it’s not seam to be a family place that I will recommend. Overall it was nice stay beside everything and thank you on behalf of RLSB Team

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
