We stayed in the smaller rooms on the "first floor". First floor is in quotes because you need to wait for a slow elevator to go up, then take a flight of stairs down. Once we had navigated the maze, we found all the essentials in our rooms! Clean, tidy bed, clean towels, soap and shampoo. Unfortunately, the rest of the room wasn't in great shape. Noisy air conditioners, dirty walls, dusty shelf corners. It was a battle to get hot water in the shower long enough to actually get clean too. The hotel is a short walk from Southern Cross Station, which is great! It's also a short walk from shoddily done graffiti and a small homeless population. I'd recommend looking elsewhere, mostly because of the area surrounding the hotel, but the condition of the room itself wasn't great (neither was having to leave your key to keep power on in the room, say goodbye to coming back to a cool room on a hot day) Update: Thanks for the quick response! Unfortunately I am not on Facebook, and I'm not comfortable sharing my booking details on here. I hope you are able to action some of these points regardless 🙂

I stayed in a double room on the first floor. The positives: bed was comfortable, location close to transport, grocery stores, shopping outlet, casino. The hotel had a nice interior courtyard. The hotel generally looked clean. Negatives: The room was a little run down with stains on the wall and carpets, shower temperature was unpredictable, and the tv image looked squished. The staff at the front desk seemed very static and not the most friendly (although I think this would be more of a workplace culture issue than individual staff issue). Even though I would stay again, this hotel would be my second choice

Great location. 👍. Rooms are pretty small. They are clean and the staff are friendly. The room I stayed in was as big as a donga. ( miners camp room). I'd advise anyone who wants to travel as a couple to ask for a bigger room. My room was what you'd get in a back packers single room. No cooking facilities, including no microwave. I'm not sure if it's value for money, to be honest. I stayed for 2 nights. For an extra $100 combined, I could have stayed at another hotel with more space and amenities around the same location.

The highlight of this place is really the quality of service and professionalism of the staff. Shout out to Michelle for helping me with kind of a complicated issue right in the middle of the busiest and noisiest time of the morning with a bus full of tourists in the lobby. That level of service is greatly appreciated especially since at that moment going above and beyond was particularly challenging.

Thank you to Taroshi, staff in the kitchen for helping me, other staff refuse to help. I am glad of the cleaners staff assign in my room, they always maintain the cleanliness. The beds are big my kids are happy though we have problems with the tv. It wont turn on a few times. Overall, I have a good stay in this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
