Breakfast is decent. However our sink was not installed correctly and smelled bad. Every couple hours there would be cigarette smoke coming out of the air vents. We reached out to front desk but they didn't help much. We ended up having to turn the AC off. In the end, we were forced to leave due to the unsatisfactory environment. There is poor maintenance and would recommend finding another place to stay

Clean room and friendly staff , 10 night stay with request for all kitchen equipment due to food allergies- basic equipment only was provided. Near all the shops and good location. Finding supermarkets was the most difficult as only small food shops nearby. No breakfast option was provided although there was a Breakfast restaurant downstairs- not sure why!. Booked a room that I thought had sofa and bedroom- but it was a smaller room with bed and table only. Nice , but small for 10 nights. Early check in was allowed. Would stay here again but make sure I had the correct room this time and confirm breakfast details.

Excellent place for the price. Great location, minutes walk from people's square, nanjing road or various restaurants. Establishment and the rooms are dated but kept in great shape. Plenty of space, comfortable bed, private and cozy. Automated currency exchange teller at the ground floor, very handy and the rates are way better than the airport. Provides complimentary water, tea, coffee etc. I stayed at 5* hotels in the area but would recommend this place in a heartbeat, compared to the price and value. Only complain, service at the front desk could be better.

I stayed here for three nights in a row. Although I had to walk about 15 minutes from the subway station, I liked the price point, their breakfast service and the good room condition. If you don't mind walking for a while, I recommend this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
