I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel located on the outskirts of Kathmandu, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel's location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. One of the standout features of the hotel was the spacious and comfortable rooms. It was a pleasure to retreat to such a cozy and well-appointed space after a long day of exploring. The availability of hot water was an added bonus, ensuring a relaxing and refreshing experience. What truly made the stay memorable was the warm and hospitable hosts. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like part of their family. We shared meals together, and I was blown away by the culinary skills of Kolpana. Her delicious food, prepared with love, truly showcased the flavors of Nepal. Additionally, having the opportunity to make breakfast in her kitchen added a personal touch to the stay. I must express my immense gratitude to Sekhar for going above and beyond in helping me organize the Himalaya trek. His expertise and willingness to assist were truly commendable. To my surprise, he even arranged for his son to accompany us as a guide, ensuring a safe and enjoyable trekking experience. Sekhar's generosity extended further as he lent us the missing equipment, allowing us to fully enjoy our time in the mountains. Thanks to the incredible hospitality and care provided by the hotel's hosts, my stay in Nepal was elevated to an unforgettable experience. The warmth and genuine kindness of this family made me feel like I had found a home away from home. I am already looking forward to returning to this hotel when I decide to embark on another adventure in the magnificent Himalayas. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay in Kathmandu.

After arriving in Nepal and checking out some other places we arrived here and it is really a gem with a roof terrace and beautiful views. The owner is the most friendly person and arranged local food and beer for us even though we were the only guests. Best place to stay in Kathmandu.

Came here in October 2018 for their Nepali cooking class. They picked us up from Thamel in time and we made our way to their home which is adjacent to the hotel. The class was very informative and lasted a couple hours. The ingredients were clean and obviously the food tasted great. We did not stay in the hotel but did get a tour. The rooms were very spacious and spotless. The only downside is that it’s about 40 minutes outside of Kathmandu proper. BUT that can be an opportunity to breathe clean air and get a feel for the countryside. Plenty of excursions can start from this location, as well.

Most kind hosts, serving amazing food. If you want to you can also learn how to make it in a cookingclass offered by them. Rooms are big and very comfortable, also the vie and the surrounding is amazing, i recommend you this stay 10/10

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
