Service is excellent - good advise in getting around the island. Looked forward to the breakfast spread every morning. There are many places to lounge, so good to be enjoying the breeze by the pool side. The deluxe chalet is smaller than the pictures but it's still cosy. The bathroom is small, be prepared to be creative. Clean towels everyday. there's warm water to shower. Bed is soft and comfortable. 10mins walk to Long Beach. Supermarket is across the road. Pizza place is good.

Wooden cabin is fun! Limited cabins available. Swimming pool in front of cabin where you can relax and swim if you want to. A new resort and breakfast provided. Good place for morning bird. For family and big size couple like us, pick the bigger cabins to avoid regrets!

The most shocking place all over Viet Nam! In the pictures and on the outside everything looks good but the inside of the room is so small, the bed is barely enough for one person, the worst is that there is no sink and the shower is not really a shower more than a tap that barely takes out water. The engine of the air conditioner is close to the window so that there is always noise and vibration. Not recommended at all we waited to escape from there. The price really does not match the room.

We booked a private bungalow. It was more of a glamping experience with shower and toilet in a very confined space. They had a toilet/sink combo which only worked a little when the toilet was flushed- tricky for brushing teeth or washing. Wifi was weak. Most staff couldn't speak any english and service was generally poor. A good 10mins walk from the nearest beach.

This place had bed bugs!! And when we told the staff about it they said that they would just clean the room with a towel and that it was only mosquitos and I showed them the video of little bed bugs crawling in the sofa. The cabanas are very small for two people.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
