The most impressive thing about this hotel is the extremely high level of cleanliness. The room was spacious. However, the bathroom was small. The mattresses and pillows were super comfy. All the needed amenities were replenished every day. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is good, although the nearby road was a bit noisy at night. There's a SPA as well, so one can enjoy a relaxing massage or even just a sauna session after a full day of walking around the city. Overall, it was a very good experience. If you're not a light sleeper, this hotel is a great choice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Green Garden Hotel in Prague, and I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff at the Green Garden Hotel are exceptional. They are courteous, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. Whether you need restaurant recommendations, transportation assistance, or simply a friendly chat, they are there to assist. The hotel's restaurant, Verde, serves a delightful breakfast, and the dinner menu offers a fantastic selection of Czech and international cuisine. I highly recommend dining here at least once during your stay. To sum it up, the Green Garden Hotel in Prague is a tranquil oasis in the heart of this beautiful city. It combines the charm of a boutique hotel with the amenities of a larger establishment. I left with wonderful memories of my time in Prague, and I credit a significant part of that to this exceptional hotel. I can't wait to return and experience their hospitality once more.

We enjoyed our stay here,staff performance was good. Rooms were good and clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast selection was good and tasty. The location is good with maybe 10-15 mins walk into central town and also vlose to subway stations. I can recommend this place,good value for the money. I would rate it 5 stars if they had swimming pool and jacuzzi.

So impressed with this hotel…. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds, small but practical bathroom. The shower worked well and no leaking….really good for a four star hotel. Most importantly, the aircon worked well… no problems. We stayed three days and heard no outside noise. Breakfast were amazing, fruits, cereals, pastries, cold meats, cheeses, bacon eggs…… good quality and plenty. Have to mention that the staff just did everything to ensure we enjoyed stay. 20 -25 minutes walk into the old city. Plenty of good pubs, restaurants close by for great local meals.

The security is zero. They entered our room at night and stole the money from our wallet and did not help us in any way. It was very sad to experience this in the hotel we went to because it was nice based on the comments. There are not even security cameras in the corridors. Probably an officer at the hotel entered and took it. There can't be such a coincidence when it's going to be released the next day.
