I had a look at the reviews a day before checking in and I must admit - I was quite amused rather than worried. This was my first time ever staying in a hostel, so you would probably think my experiences would be a little different. I was shocked too, positively. The staff working there are very warm and helpful, the owner is hilarious and he does his job right. Very cute and cosy common room with everything that you might need - very good for meeting friends! The rooftop terrace is so good to relax and have your coffee in the sun. The price for the location is phenomenal!

DO NOT GO Here!!! Worst experience i've ever had! I am not sure what they are doing in this place, but for sure it is not a hostel! I Arrived late, so my booking was cancelled , which is understandable, but when i ask if i can do another booking the guy at the reception told me that they are fully booked. When I checked availability online I saw that there where most of the beds free!! On top this guy was so unfriendly, I've never experienced something like that before. He kicked me out and threatened me to call the police if i do not leave immediately.

The hostel itself is nice, very centrally located and the room was what I expected from a hostel! The terrace provides a nice view. The staff I met personally were all very nice and helpful. What bothered me a little was the communication before my stay. I initially booked three nights and because my flights changed after that, I wanted to reduce to two nights, which I requested several days before my stay (so not super short notice). I was told via the chat on the booking website that this is not possible, without any further explanation. So I ended up paying for one night that I wasn't even staying at the hostel. More flexibility would have been great. Also, the replies at times took several days and on the phone people often didn't speak English, so the communication in general was a bit challenging.

Warning - Stay away!!!! Wow I've been traveling for 7 month now in hostels all over Europe and I never encounter such a bad attitude from a hostel before. I checked out from my last hostel at 11 and went to Green hostel to check in. The guy in the reception told me i can only check in at 15:00, so i went to the common area to work on my computer. A few min later the guy call me to come over and telling me that i have to leave the hostel because i cannot stay there to wait for my room!!! Just to get the picture - the common room was empty except for one person and i was not disturbing anyone since i was working on my computer! He said its the rules that i cannot sit there to wait before my check in and no only that- was telling me off for using a plate from the kitchen to eat my breakfast! I was shocked and i tried to explain him that every hostel check out at 10-11 so naturally i will need a place to wait for the check in at the new place. He said he is doing mw a favor by letting me leave my suitcase there. I told him that expected and every hostel will do the same so he is not doing any favor. When i told him he is being extremely rude he all the sudden pretend like he cannot understand English and cancel my booking (I was meant to pay at the time of the check in)!!. so i was left stuck in the street looking for a hostel i can immediately go to! I felt humiliated and upset. Ruins my day and wasted a good amount of hours :( I highly recommend to stay away and choose a different hostel. P.s No stove to cook in the kitchen, and the atmosphere there was dead, other guests don't even smile or make eye contact.

This has been the worst traveling experience so far. The terrace was amazing and I genuinely enjoyed the space, but unfortunately there were bed bugs in my room. This can happen anywhere, and of course I decided to leave a day early as the problem got worse. I told the staff and requested a refund, but the treatment from the staff and management was terrible. They lied about who answers emails, ignored my emails for 3 weeks and only answered when I got Hostelworld directly involved, blamed me for the bites, and accused me of being a scammer several times. Every email was rude, hostile, and extremely unprofessional. The space is great and bugs can happen anywhere, but I would not recommend this hostel simply because of how awfully I was treated!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
