        "Exceptional Stay at [OYO 118 Green Palace]" I recently had the pleasure of staying at [OYO 118 Green Palace] and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the warmth of the staff and the inviting ambience set the tone for an incredible stay. The room I stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. Impeccably clean, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the amenities one could wish for. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, while the stunning view from the window was an added bonus. The hotel's attention to detail truly stood out - from the prompt room service to the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant.         They charged me Rs 25000 for unsafe mirror glass which fallen by 3 years old baby .they charged me for 5mm thickness glass price .when I check broken glass glass piece and veryfied from glass shop it was 3mm thickness glass and value is Rs 8000 . After that when I tried to refund my money they are not responding friendly I called many time and send email too but no response from management. worst behaviou,I will never recommend this hotel for family's who coming with kids its not safe.

        HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - Stay away at all costs. Booked 2 rooms at this hotel, 1 room was requested as a family room and another single room. When we arrived for our check in, which was around 9pm, we were informed the rooms had been changed to an apartment instead. We were not keen with this change but considering the time and the fact we had 3 young tired children, we agreed. However, when we went into the apartment, the stench was unbelievable. We could not stay inside the apartment for few minutes. We went back down to request a change and were told they were fully booked. This was an unbelievable experience. We had booked 2 rooms and ended up with a disgusting smelling apartment instead which they had changed us to and when we requested a change - they refused. We had to find new accommodations in the middle if the night which was very difficult to do with children. Completely disappointing! The management at this hotel is absolutely horrible. They cannot provide a basic level of hospitality. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

        This hotel serves just the basic needs. Rooms are not so clean. All rooms are a bit smelly. The bathroom was clean enough. They don't provide toiletries or tea/coffee maker. It is cheap, but they don't provide much either.

        Good place to manage events with a particular amount of crowd (precisely less than 500). Has 3 floors. So, there can be more than one function arranged simultaneously. Staff for serving welcome drinks and to attend the lunch of guests were very actively working, and they took care of everything very attentively.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
