        Just complained to customer service about the noisy neighbour from 2 weeks ago and got no result. This neighbour resides at Chrysant 15 KF - likely only tenant, not the owner. They keep smoking with an open door, keep making noisy sounds, and always cooking with the open door. Clearly THEY DON'T READ HOUSE RULES AND THE CS DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. If you want some peace and clean air, you won't get it here. They let kids make noisy sounds and let the smoking neighbour open their doors so the smell roams around the corridor. The security guards can do nothing about it and absolutely almost no clean air around the corridors because of the cigarettes' smokes. The cleaning service always close the corridors windows so there's absolutely no air circulation and none of them seems to know about air circulation theory in apartments. So though there are cust services and securities, they can't solve ur problems anyways. And they don't provide call center outside customer service working hour, so if you got some neighbour problem or in the situation that might be dangerous for you, you must go out from ur unit and go down to the security so it's very inconvenient. Especially if you have some neighbour problem in the night, the call center number NOT WORKING and no one will answer ur call so it is very inconvenient and in some point, could be dangerous.

        Warning to Green Pramuka managers... you all don't teleport when you leave and come home, right? by the Manager removing the Bougainville Front Shelter automatically making things difficult for drivers... don't be surprised if there is a Hit & Run incident!! I've been monitoring who our potential victims will be... wait... you are our enemies!!

        The location is strategic, but for the room there are small cockroaches, the refrigerator smells, then the AC has dripping water for everything else which is good.

        Adequate housing in the Jkt Tmr area which is relatively close and the traffic lanes are not too busy so it is very easy to come and go to various areas in Jkt

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
