        A good quality hotel close to shops and restaurants, but there is no one to serve you with bags. The service is self-service and some of the elevators are broken and the ones operating are late. I recommend it for overnight stays only and without bringing luggage.

        We rented a Airbnb in this place. As far as we can say our stay was mostly ok. It is in a good and secured area. But it's not cockroach free. They are in all corners and hide everywhere. In and outside of the apartment. It need to be cleaned more carefully and not just superficial. Just like any Airbnb we had before. You gota great view over the city and it's easy to go to LRT or get a Taxi or Grab. It's very accessible to all important stuff. If you need to wash clothes go to Lucky J's.

        Do not go to this condo. Cockroaches every time I come back. In my floor, the elevator often doesn't work, which means I have to go to the fire exits to find a working elevator. If it works, it's soooo slow and you would have to wait 10 minutes to go down/up. They're always fixing the equipment in the gym/pool/the floors (always extending the deadline to fix them). There was an instance half the building didn't have electricity for 3+ days and a sprinkler exploded but parang hindi naging accountable yung condo. Amenity policy is very limited (you can't bring guests to the gym/study area, pool is paid at a maximum of 2 guests). If you want a stressful life as a student, do NOT go here.

        One star for this property. The unit we stayed in is infested with cockroaches. 10 minutes waiting for the elevator. Crowded waiting area. Hot and humid hallways. We were never given access cards, so the guards always looked suspicious of us and asked every time if we stayed in the place. Dirty towels and a dirty bathroom. I will not recommend this place at all.
