Super nice place to stay in a great area, just five minutes walk from the old town. The room was great as it was tidy, had a comfortable big bed and water in a fridge. We also rented a scooter at the property. The host gave us so many good tips for food/transport/sightseeings and she helped us get transport when we left. Super friendly people!! Big thanks!

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Hoi an. I have spent three night here, and I arrived really late due to flight delay. Staff waited me overnight sleeping at the reception area, and the lady owner has been really kind throughout my stay. Also, it is clean, just like the photo looks. I walked around room with my bare foot but it was rather pleasing because floor was really clean. What I recommend greatly is this hotels restaurant, home-made style cuisine made by the lady owner. The omelet is great as recommended by other visitors, but pho (soup noodle) was the best for me and my team which was best noodles in my 5 day stay in Vietnam. It is walking distance to the Hoi an old town (about three or four blocks, about 10~15 min even with my slow walking style) and in two blocks you can find famous restaurant, Ban-mi shop and other restaurants top rated by TripAdvisor. There are some exchange shops on the way to the old town, but hotels rate is not so bad. I had been walking myself to the old town and back, since the Vietnam is rather hot place, I visited many cafes. There are some nice cafes near the hotel, some even with air conditioner, but my favorite is this hotels drinks. This hotel provided with the best ice blocks inside the drink, which was really chill and refreshing, I will never forget the ice ginger tea which I had after ten minutes’ sweaty walk from the old town at noon. It was the best refreshing ginger tea I ever had in my life. I will surely miss it. My husband told me this gives best ice americano, which was his favorite, he drank it at least three to four times, breakfast, lunch, after lunch and start of the evening. The mini bar is really reasonable price, I looked around other shops but decided to drink from the mini bar. 저처럼 늦게 예약을 하시거나 해서 똠떠 씨네에 꺄까윤콧 멋 찾아 이곳을 검토 중이라면 추천합니다. 우선 가격도 싸고 미니바도 가게들과 비교해봤는데 가격 괜찮아서 이용하기 좋아요. 사진과 다른 점 없이 생각보다 깔끔하고요, 우리나라 펜션 3성급+ 정도보단 충분히 쾌적합니다. 청소상태 괜춘하고요, 에어컨 빵빵하고요, 올드타운에서 걸을 수 있어요. 컫는켜 마뉘 뜌떤은 안내효. 여기 쌀국수 저는 입맛에 잘 맞고요, 해장 대박. 오믈렛 맛있어요. 고수 별로심 오믈렛 ㄱㄱ. 다른 맛집들도 다니긴 했는데 여기서 점심을 먹는것도 좋아요. 구글 지도 거리상으로는 걸을 만 해보였는데 참.. 맛집까지 두 블럭 5분 거리인데 욜라 머러서 귀차느즘 겨땀폭팔 거러가수가어뜸. 그냥 이곳 식당 음식 가격 괜찮고 맛도 뭐 적당히.. 그래서 나중엔 저는 점심도 여기서 먹었다는... 특히 쌀국수 해장 ㅋㅋ 여기 음료가 주변 카페보다 괜찮아요. 얼음 많이 넣어달라고 부탁했더니 가득가득 넣어주셨어요 시원해서 좋더라고요. 망고스무디 괜찮고 주스류 다 괜찮아요. 이런저런 요구사항 (얼음이나 노 슈가나) 잘 해주셨어요.

Small family-run hotel with lots of charm! Had a pleasant 2-night stay there thanks to the hospitality of the owner Fong. She was even able to book transport for us at the last minute when we wanted to visit certain places. Her homecooked breakfast was delicious too (esp the omelette). Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable and I had a great sleep!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
