        The staff was actually friendly but the rooms are so smelly as if they haven’t had fresh air for months and when I opened the curtains a lizard fell on me. Yeah, I know that it’s an island and animals are everywhere in the street but that has nothing to do with the hotel. I stayed in Seaview and Wehotel and both were clean, very clean. Although, I didn’t stay in the hotel more than 20 minutes seeing other dirty rooms to decide whether to stay or not, the hotel refused to refund me. What a scam! This is my second visit to Malaysia and if I come back I’ll never ever go to this hotel and I’ll definitely not recommend it.

        The staff came into our room when we were out, went through our bags and stole our money. When we reported it to management they were extremely unhelpful. They even blamed us for leaving the money hidden in our room. Obviously we didn't want to stay as we didn't feel safe and they refused to refund us the money for the night we weren't staying there. We went to the police and were told that it is a common occurrence there and to tell our friends never to stay there. It ruined the end of our holiday. I have never been treated like that by a hotel before. Don't stay there if possible

        Don't believe in photos. It's a very average place and the room rents are too heavy according to the facility they offer. No proper water connection in bathroom. Surrounding areas are water logging areas. Mosquitoes everywhere. No reasutarant, they serve only breakfast. Overall cleanliness is not good. Better avoid those who are coming with family.

        Booked as "Oyo Rooms", we ended up Cleaning​ service is practically not existing. The lady is just tidying up the bed sheets and leaving some bottles of water. The sheets are stained (with cigarette hole) and the toilets are dirty. After several complaints the situation didn't change. To avoid absolutely!

        Dislikes: bathroom is in very bad shape. Air condition isn't all that. Gave us a very small room with a bunk bed that is literally the size of a prison cell, so big families beware. Wifi is verrrry weak. Since roof of house is made of metal, the sound of rain triples and woke up my family out of fear. Likes: Breakfast is pretty good and the scenery is beatiful. Staff are nice and friendly they try their best to be of help. Quiet and very homelike.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
